We have added a new memo type for tracking residents that are on TENANT repayment plans. Do not get this confused with the HUD repayment plan as that money goes back to HUD. This would be where you have taken the tenant to court and they have been ordered to pay back their balance due. Or maybe you have an in house agreement with them, whatever the situation, we wanted the ability to track this, so we have put this in place.
You will add the memo’s in the same fashion as you add them for the Receivable reports that you update weekly, the only difference is that you will select the memo type of Resident on Repayment Plan as the memo type instead of delinquency – see below. There is a memo analytics report that you can run to see all of your memo by the memo type. The instructions have been updated for adding the memo and running the memo analytics.
